Recipe for Spinach Tangerine Juice
Spinach Tangerine Juice
- 1½ cups spinach fresh baby spinach
- 1 Tangerine peeled
- 1 Apple Gala or Green apple quartered
- 12 Ounce apple juice
- 1 inch ginger peeled
- 4 Stalks mint fresh mint leaves
- 20 Ounce cold water
- 1 lime wedged
Peel tangerine, halve and add to the juice cup.
Wash gala or green apple (green apple has low glycemic index) and cut in 4 pieces and add to the juice cup
Add spinach, mint, apple juice, cold water, peeled ginger about one inch and press whole juice button (button may vary based on your blender make)
Transfer to the cup and place lime wedge over the rim or squeeze a wedge and enjoy.
