You may have seen people having green juice on the food related channels on TV and you would say, I do not want that.

But wait till try Spinach Tangerine Juice simple recipe, you’ll be surprised with it’s delicious taste and think, why you never tried it.

Few simple ingredient can make a great beverage and best of all it is inexpensive and good for you, which does not have too much sugar. If you are a coffee drinker and prefer caffeine in it you may want to try Matcha Green Tea at Low Carb Yum .

It is preferred to use high speed blender for making juice, just add the ingredients and pour it in the cup. If you made little too much Spinach Tangerine juice, refrigerate it and pack it with your lunch for next day instead of having carbonated drink.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups spinach fresh baby spinach
  • 1 Tangerine peeled
  • 1 Apple Gala or Green apple quartered
  • 12 Ounce apple juice
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • 4 Stalks mint fresh mint leaves
  • 20 Ounce cold water
  • 1 lime wedged

Instructions

  1. Peel tangerine, halve and add to the juice cup.
  2. Wash gala or green apple (green apple has low glycemic index) and cut in 4 pieces and add to the juice cup
  3. Add spinach, mint, apple juice, cold water, peeled ginger about one inch and press whole juice button (button may vary based on your blender make)
  4. Transfer to the cup and place lime wedge over the rim or squeeze a wedge and enjoy.
