Cool off this summer with refreshing Watermelon Mint Juice! If you think watermelon is just sugar and water, you would be surprised to know it has other benefits too!

Watermelon is water dense fruit, It contains 92% water, so you hydrate your body in hot summer and its sweetness provides instant energy.

According to Watermelon.org it offers several nutrients along with the cancer-fighting antioxidant lycopene which is good for your vision too. Lycopene is also cancer-fighting antioxidant.

This juice is rich in Vitamin A, B6, C and contains potassium which helps reduce muscle cramps.

To prepare juice just blend 2-3 cups of chunks of watermelon at a time and mint till there are no visible small chunks.  Mint provides nice cool aroma and flavor to the juice.

No need to strain the juice, place the juice in the refrigerator to cool and serve in the afternoon or serve with the lunch.

  1. Blend 2-3 cups watermelon and min at a time until chunks are not visible.
